Founded by Tyler Heuple and run by anglers who compete on this lake, High Pole is Lake Anna’s largemouth bass specialist, with striper, crappie and snakehead trips, lessons and lake breakdowns. Every trip is a lesson in the patterns, decisions and techniques that put fish in the boat.

Built on this lake

Bass fishing has been part of Tyler’s life for as long as he can remember, and he started High Pole to share it. What began as a passion for Lake Anna largemouth has grown into a small team of tournament anglers who fish these waters year round.
We are not a franchise or a booking middleman. When you fish with High Pole you are on the boat with a competitive angler who knows Lake Anna’s docks, grass, rock and offshore structure by heart, and who genuinely enjoys teaching. Whether it is your first cast or you are chasing a personal best, the goal is the same: a great day on the water and something new learned by the end of it.
